Very nice house with an amazing backyard.

We loved staying at this house. It was within walking distance to a lot of places. We loved the toys they had for the kids, the pool table, and the hot tub. We will have to come back in summer for the stock tank pool. The place was clean and the host was super fast to reply to messages!

Zack and Katie were so friendly and responsive all the time. We had a wonderful time. Everything was as described. It has a stunning view of the lake and is only a 20-minute walk from the lake. Highly recommended.

We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle free stay. It was worth every penny. The combination of comfort, aesthetics, and convenience exceeded my expectations.

Where to start. We wanted a quick peaceful getaway from the city and this home did not disappoint. From the moment I booked Marcia was SUPER responsive. Friendly personable and downright like I had known her all of my life. I had booked same day, and she responded right away settled my booking and offered many great places and things to do in the Rocheport area. She even let me know that the A frame on the Bluff was opening that day (and even described where I could find a warm cozy blanket to take with us if we got cold) The second we drove up to the house we were amazed how quaint and cute it was. It was like stepping back in time to a beautiful house of antiques and rich wood furnishings. Lots of thought on comfort and the right number of updates but also keeping the rich feel of a house that is over 100 years old. Great outdoor space with fire pit and hot tub. We didn't want to leave. This will not be our last time here enjoying the atmosphere inclu homemade cookies!

Private, golf course view condos off the main strip. Beautiful scenery. Staff was personable and helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Wow….what a beautiful home with the coolest style & decor! Plenty of room for 10 women to hang out, get ready & so comfortable & relaxing. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything in addition to snacks & beverages. Amy is an amazing host! She did so much for our group with a personalized sign welcoming us & fresh cut flowers! Our group plans to return to stay at this charming home o one day soon!

We had a wonderful stay! It was everything we expected and everything we wanted it to be! The house was in pristine condition and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great for visiting Fayetteville because everything was close and easy to get to. I would definitely recommend for anybody looking for a place to stay while visiting Fayetteville.

Table Rock Villas is a hidden gem! The pool is heated, the hot tub is ready with a bluetooth speaker next to it waiting for you to connect to it, and the outdoor kitchen and fire pit make you want to stay outdoors! The game room with free games and free laundry unit is definitely a much welcomed amenity! The location is wonderful, but do expect to cook on your own, drive a little further to restaurants and have limited delivery options. Dean and Jean went over and beyond as hosts! very communicative with the pool heater inadvertently shutting off, and even coordinated the neighbors to put our grocery delivery in our unit prior to us arriving as we were an hour behind schedule. This prevented us from losing refrigerated items. I would definitely stay here again!

Really loved the location. Close to a Walmart, Target and other restaurants that are not on the main strip for Branson. Close to attractions but not too far. Side streets help bypass the traffic to get to the attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely time in Eureka Springs and Mandy’s cottages helped make the stay very memorable. Both the cabin and the cottage were unique, comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed drinking coffee out on the large deck where we were situated high in the trees. The spot felt secluded even though we were in the heart of the town. The hot tub was also fantastic, very clean and relaxing. All aspects of the property were well maintained and homy. Be sure to read the check in book so you don’t miss any important notes - how to use the hot tub cover, rules for parking, etc. We all enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Cute little cabin. This was our first time to the area and it was conveniently located to everything. As others have mentioned the road noise is loud at times but didn’t affect our ability to sleep.

The Hygge Cabin lives up to its name. I wanted a place that was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. This cabin was all that and then some! Finding the cabin was quite easy with Jess’s instructions and my navigation app. Getting inside was simple and straight forward. The cabin itself, was perfect: clean, functional, and very relaxing. Kudos to Jess for the very comforting green/tree theme throughout the cabins. Likewise, it’s the little things that bake a big difference: a pizza pan and cutter. Sturdy, real silverware. Spices in the cupboard. Real toilet paper and paper towels. Simple to use instructions for all the amenities. I wish all Air B&B rentals were this common sense and easy to access and enjoy. I especially enjoyed the hot tub and made use of the gas grill. The bed was very comfortable and the gas fireplace did a great job of warming the entire place. Not to mention the Old Cemetery walking trail just 100 yards down the lane! Loved my stay. Eager to return! Thanks Jess!

I chose this accommodation because the pictures looked so cozy, beautiful, and appealing. The hosts were very friendly, and communication was accurate and quick. The place matched the photos perfectly, and everything was flawless. There were utensils and an air fryer available too. I loved that the freezer made ice. There was a state park nearby, so we enjoyed walks as well. At night, we lit a fire and lay in the hammock, gazing at the stars in the night sky. The hosts always checked in on us through messages. We had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay for two nights and three days.

The Hideaway cabin was very peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub and the bed is so comfortable. We went to the BOC wilderness and rode in side by side checked out all the beautifully hidden waterfalls. The Sweden creek falls is just minutes from the cabin. We went to Jasper which is also close to eat for the Jasper Pizza and the Ozark Cafe which were both excellent, from this cabin right down the road is a beautiful waterfall as well. I would highly recommend this cabin close to hiking , waterfalls and just so peaceful.

this was a wonderful family vaca spot. we wanted to unplug with the kids and spend a lot of one on one time. we definitely did that! lots of walking the property but we also found beautiful hiking spots close by as well. we did the escape room in steelville (10 out of 10 recommend) and we went to meramac caverns. we ate at Friscos in Cuba and it was delicious!! the vibe there was also amazing! we went to peaceful bend winery and purchased two bottles of wine and some yummy cookies! i wish we had time to have lunch there! Master donuts was a nice morning treat for the kids one morning as well. if you travel to the area the only things I wish I would have known are 1. nothing is open on Sundays and 2. off season many places close up. we definitely want to come back to 4 Js one spring!!

This cabin is easy to find and so quiet and peaceful even though there are other homes near. The huge deck with a fire pit, comfy furniture, and a great hot tub was a wonderful place to hang out. Inside was a cozy, comfy living space that made us feel right at home.
