We own the entire building, and have 3 other units that can be booked in conjunction with this one in the same building. It's within walking distance to the Civil War Museum, YMCA, bowling, antique shops, boutiques, salons, and restaurants.

If you go to bed early I recommend headphones, ear plugs or play nature sounds on Alexa. This is a pet friendly loft apartment so I would not recommend if you are allergic to dogs or cats. This apartment is located above one of the most popular destination restaurant's around "Mary Jane Burgers & Brew" on the Downtown Historic Square.

Truly one of a kind Historic property converted into a spacious, cozy loft in the heart of South KC. This 100-year-old space(5 min from HS Truman farm. He spoke on this stage on his first political campaign) has been completely rennovated with concrete countertops, beautifully vaulted ceilings, huge bathroom, built in workspace and even a fun kid's room. Our cozy loft apartment is located on Historic C-Street in Springfield, Missouri. We are within walking distance of The Savoy and Firehouse No. 2 wedding venues and close to many local restaurants and shops. We have a mounted lock box that allows you to get in the apartment at any time of night. High speed internet and cable television is also provided. Close enough to walk to Big Mama's, White River Brewery, Eurasia Coffee and Tea, and Askinosie Chocolate among many.
