Located right by the sea, with a peaceful garden and a relaxed atmosphere, it is a 4-minute walk to the beaches and a 10-minute drive to Sığacık, the ancient city of Teos and Teos Marina. All the necessary equipment for cooking at home is available. Filter and Turkish coffee machines, an air fryer, a KitchenChef and basic kitchen supplies (tea, sugar, salt, etc.) are ready for first use. Soap, shower gel, toilet paper; clean spare sheets and towels are available. The host lives on the terrace floor.

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.

Our beach house has been thought out to the finest detail for our guests. Our entire 100 m2 garden is covered with an automatic retractable awning. You can use this area in summer and winter, regardless of the weather. Our house consists of 3 rooms, 1 living room and an open kitchen. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a full sea view. The floor is Italian marble and has underfloor heating.
