Located in the heart of the ‘old’ Torregrotta district, the house is spacious, comfortable, fully restored and air-conditioned. It is at the end of a small alley in which it has 3 houses. Located near local shops & bars and only 3 km from the sea, this Sicilian house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people has a beautiful private heated pool (heated for an additional charge). Fast internet (fiber) is accessible anywhere in the house and pool.
