The house is undisturbed and beautiful situated on a large 5000 m2 natural plot only 250m from the beach and 4 km to the shopping centre. Close to a large forest area, where you can cros the old border to Germany and on to Flensburg within an hour. The old Gendarme path is 250m from the site and leads along the water all the way to Sønderborg. The campsite is situated 300m from the hause and here they offer access for children and adults to their pool, minigolfe and bouncy castle.

Large and spacious country property overlooking Frøslev plantation. This invites you to lovely walks or a ride on the bike - both can be varied in great style in the huge scenic area. The living room also offers great opportunities with its approx. 250 m2 with 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. There is a bathroom and guest toilet on the ground floor. Located in the border country, there is ample opportunity to dive into history or take a trip to Flensburg.

Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water

My accommodation is located directly on the beach overlooking Denmark. The apartment was newly renovated in 2017. Great bus connections take you to the centre of Flensburg within 10 minutes. Denmark can be reached within a few minutes on foot, by bike or by car. Shopping facilities are available in the immediate vicinity. Mini golf right on the doorstep. Good restaurants nearby. Parking directly free of charge on site. Immediate beach.

Really nice and charming, circus wagon with wide double bed. Insulated and with built-in heating. Only 350 meters from a lovely beach and forest, as well as the Gendarmstien. The price includes breakfast (homemade organic rolls, etc.) Coffee and tea for free use as well as bed linen and towels. Parking space right next to the circus wagon. 300 meters to public transport by bus no. 110 from Sønderborg, Gråsten and Flensborg.

The house is located directly opposite the famous Ochseninseln, on the Gendarmstien, literally "a stone's throw" from the water and impresses with an unobstructed panoramic view over the fjord from "Flensburg", via "Glücksburg" to the "Holnis" peninsula.
