Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water

Our cozy apartment is on the ground floor of a well-kept semi-detached house in a quiet residential estate. The terrace belonging to the apartment overlooking the countryside is used for relaxation. Located on the "great width" of the Schlei, the surroundings invite you to explore. It takes less than 15 minutes to get there on foot. Located in the middle of the beautiful cities of Eckernförde and Schleswig, all possibilities are open to you.

It is built a little special and therefore quite unique and very comfortable. An open living, sleeping and kitchen area awaits you. In addition, there is a walk-in closet and a storage room. Private room in the heart of Flensburg. The city center is within walking distance and yet the room is quietly located in a historic courtyard. I myself only use the apartment a few days a week. This is a large room, divided into sleeping and living area with TV. Kitchen and bathroom are of course also available to you. The bed is 140 cm wide.

A staircase leads to the separate entrance to the upper floor of our house, where you will find a large combined living and dining area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The size of the apartment is about 50 square meters.
