Great hosts, very responsive and their place is good value for short stay vacation in Lipa. There are nice restaurants and cafes just outside the neighborhood. Traffic situation in the roads is hectic at times but cannot be avoided.

okay yung location ng place since may 7 Eleven bago pumasok ng gate so pag may need, may malapit na bilihan lang. super spacious ng house, rooms are clean except for the comforter medyo unpleasant yung smell nya, i think di napatuyo or nalabhan before putting it sa bed but overall experience okay 👌🏻

Had a great stay! The place was clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
