Beach Pit

This house is a property our family calls the Beach Pit. It was one of the original beach houses on the Island and some of its original features remain; vaulted slat ceilings and black and white parquet floors. Watch the world go by through the big bay windows, enjoy the beach wagon for time at the beach or hunker down and watch a movie. Dogs welcome at no extra charge, fully fenced yard. There is a security camera on the front of house facing door & a security camera facing back deck outside.

A private pool area features a lagoon-shaped pool surrounded by a textured deck. Several lounge chairs are arranged for relaxation, while inflatable floats rest in the water. Adjacent to the pool, a hot tub provides an additional space for leisure.

Our home has 3 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms and sleeps up to 14, perfect for a large family or getaway for friends. 2 kitchens allow all the cooks a space to create. Coastal Bend Canal Cottage

Very clean comfortable 3/2 private home on a waterfront canal by Laguna Madre Bay. We follow the Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process. We have Security Camera's and home Alarm system. Back yard is a hit with everyone, very relaxing. You can fish off the dock in the back yard or take the kayaks. Mustang Island beach is near by. We provide life jackets for the kayaks but we are not responsible for accidents. NO bottom fishing!! Bring your own poles, hooks, bobbers & bait. Pet Fee $40 per pet

On the Beach Sunrise

This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. We have another house across the street to accommodate more guests up to 8 more, message me.

Tropical Paradise Getaway

Come visit my cozy lower unit surrounded by tropical plants. Ground floor unit of house, 1/2 block from beach, beach access at end of street. This unit has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has 2 twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. One bathroom is inside the unit and an additional bathroom is outside the unit by the patio. Up to 2 small dogs (20 lbs and under) are allowed without prior approval. Dogs over 20 lbs must be pre-approved.
