Beach Pit

This house is a property our family calls the Beach Pit. It was one of the original beach houses on the Island and some of its original features remain; vaulted slat ceilings and black and white parquet floors. Watch the world go by through the big bay windows, enjoy the beach wagon for time at the beach or hunker down and watch a movie. Dogs welcome at no extra charge, fully fenced yard. There is a security camera on the front of house facing door & a security camera facing back deck outside.

Features a full kitchen, 2½ baths, & a primary suite with king bed, en-suite bath, &TV. Second bedroom has a full bed with twin trundle. Third bedroom includes two twin beds. Important Notes: • Animal-free home due to medical allergies; no pets or animals permitted • Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed • No spring breakers. There is a bathroom and 1 bedroom downstairs. Upstairs: 3bedrooms, open concept kitchen/living room. The beach is 2 blocks away. Address is 5909 Havana Dr. Located on the corner of Havana/Sunset. City Noise Ordinance begins at 11pm on Fri/Sat. 10pm during the week. Please no outside guests or parties.
