Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

A unique breathtaking seaview house

It was built in 1880 with stone and wood, and it is located at the highest point of the traditional village of koumeika and was renovated in 2010. It has a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea and of the village from its two balconies and small garden, which is full of flowers. The space is warm, welcoming and quiet with an incrediblel view. The house has a wonderful garden/patio with flowers and deciduous trees and is located 6 minutes away from the kaladakia and balos beach with car.

Η αυλή του το κάνει μοναδικό για χαλάρωση και γαλήνη ακούγοντας τον ήχο των κυμάτων και απολαμβάνοντας τη θέα της θάλασσας! Balcony on the sea

A traditional summer house, recently renovvated with respect to the local tradition. This upper floor apartment, which is accessed by a flight of stairs can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a double with single bed, and a twin room with two single beds. There is a basic Greek style kitchen with oven, fridge, , coffee making machine and all necessary utensils. The shower room has a shower cabinet, toilet and sink, as well as washing machine.

The apartment is located near the main square of Ireon village and two minutes from the beach. Ireon village is located at the south of the island. Centrally located in Kokkari, a stone's throw from the cozy terraces, the beach and the picturesque harbor.
