You’ll love our place not only because of the fantastic views, but also proximity to Paihia, Russell and the Waitangi Treaty Grounds. It is perfectly located for all the Bay has to offer. We welcome couples and small groups. We are an easy flat walk to Paihia village and the Tourist ferries.

Welcome Aboard our self-contained unit for 4 people. Hosts live above. Plenty of parking for boat and 6 minutes to the sea, hook up a catch for the day. Come and relax in the bay, with lots to do and see, including the local trike tour rides for a different wave! If summer doesn't inspire a near clinical obsession with the water, then we don't know what does! Enjoy your visit & may all who enter as guests leave as friends. Bay of Islands Crossroads Homestay (B&B)

Self contained (attached to rest of house) own external access, bedroom, kitchen/ lounge, bathroom w shower & bath. Breakfast supplies: tea/coffee etc, organic seasonal fruit, homemade scones/jam/preserves. Unlimited WIFI. Within 20 minutes: Kerikeri, markets, chocolate factory, airport, Paihia beaches, Waitangi Treaty grounds, Glow worm stalgmite caves, Kaikohe, thermal hot springs, Okaihau, Puketi kauri forest, oldest NZ houses, 8 mins drive to cycle/walk trail.

Tea Tree Cottage

Tea Tree Cottage is half way between Paihia and Opua with access to both via the coastal track . It is the perfect base for a walking holiday with many walks in close proximity. You’ll love the cottage as it is quiet and has native bush between it and the water. The place is perfectly set up for couple, twin share or those with a new family (portacot available on request). Accessibility: Please note the cottage is situated down a flight of garden stairs.

Cosy Cottage in central Paihia

Cosy, homely, open-plan little cottage in central Paihia with cafe's, restaurants, supermarket, bakery and Wharf all within a 5 minute walk. A Heatpump Air-conditioner ensures comfort throughout the year. The large sunny courtyard is perfect for breakfast, lunch or a glass of wine in summer, and a gas BBQ is available for your use. Wharau Lodge

Wharau Lodge is a privately owned 2 bedroom home which is available to be used as an idyllic holiday retreat offering panoramic views over the Bay of Islands. If we do not have people staying before or after you we offer flexible check in and check out. We charge a $85 cleaning fee. Also there is an optional $55 charge if you would like us to have the Hot Tub ready to use.

BayHouse on Binnie

Our home is situated within walking distance of two beaches, cafes, bars and nightlife in Paihia. It is only a 5 minute walk to where you can hire bikes, kayaks and sailboards. A further 5 minutes will have arriving at the centre of town where you will be able to book fishing trips, parasailing, ferry ride to Russell and scenic helicopter flights over the Bay of Islands.
