From the covered sitting area, the view extends to meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with a train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, the Bavarian Forest and the Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and cycling directly from the front door.

Die Ferienwohnung ist im 2023/24 neu renovierten Dachgeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten großen Hauses ( nach einen Großbrand 2022 im Haus wurde alles von Grund auf saniert) . Sie ist gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und bietet viel Platz auch für Familien mit Kindern. WLAN, TV und eine Spielecke gehören zur Ausstattung. Ebenso eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Hunde können mitgebracht werden, es gibt zwei Katzen im Haus: Mimi und Sally.

Here you can watch deer and foxes in the surrounding fields while relaxing. The location is perfect for excursions such as to Regensburg, Weltenburg Abbey, the Liberation Hall in Kelheim and much more. Shopping is about 2.5 km away. Twin room with private bathroom (washbasin, shower, WC) and double bed. No kitchen. There are two chairs and a table in the room. In the summer months you can take a seat under the chestnut trees in our guest garden. This is accessible via the house entrance. In the morning in the shade and in the evening in the sun.
