Bright, homely flat overlooking Rothesay Bay !

The flat is situated across the road from the beach (about 30 secs walk) We are on the edge of the town, about 2 mins walk from the main supermarket and about 3 mins walk from the main shopping street of the town. There is free parking at the back of the building and free parking at the front too. We are situated about 7/8 minutes walk from the main ferry pier and you can watch the ferry coming in from the front windows. All in all it's a very warm, comfortable flat and we are very pet friendly.

A cozy living area features a bright yellow armchair and a gray sectional sofa. A patterned area rug lies on polished wood floors, and a small side table is placed beside a vintage lamp. Large windows allow natural light to illuminate the space.

Recently refurbished traditional first floor tenement flat located on the main road into the heart of Paisley close to all amenities, such as shops, parks, bars and tourist attractions. There are 2 local train stations that go to Glasgow, Canal Street is a 2 minute walk and Gilmore Street only a 10 minute walk away, Glasgow airport also only a 10 minute drive depending on traffic. The flat can comfortably accommodate 4 people and is suitable for business, couples, families and solo travellers.

Loup of Fintry, The loch lomand National Park and the Trossachs are all a short drive away.The village has a pub and a hotel both serving meals Its a great place to be based as there are plenty country walks , Mugdock country park. Beautiful traditional tenement flat in Shawlands, the buzzing south-side of Glasgow. Queens Park, trendy bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are on your doorstep.
