stunning view. Very friendly host. everything is just like on the pictures. Perfect location you can walk to Nana station in just 15minutes. The bed was of a very high quality, one of the most softest I've slept on. Definitely coming back again!

Hey guys! I stayed here during my first Songkran experience from April 9-16, 2025. This place definitely gives the luxury 5 star hotels a run for their money. The space is decorated tastefully modern, has high ceilings, amazing night time view, and has everything you could possibly need to make you feel at home (washer, toiletries, plates, iron….). My only wish is that there was access to the pool because it was so hot and a cool down in the water would’ve been great. But the host said pool access is only granted to long term visitors. Do keep in mind that the location of this condo is a bit away from BTS and MRT stations, so if you plan to get around using those, be prepared to walk a few minutes. Otherwise the location shouldn’t matter if you plan to use Grab (like me😅) and it’s close enough to everything by a car drive. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I felt very comfortable and would definitely stay here again if i’m ever back in Bangkok.

Stayed a week at Sumitra’s apartment. The room was a little smaller than I expected from the photos but everything looked the same, clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable and big. The aircon is placed at the top of the bed wall so sometimes we thought it was dripping on us when sleeping. The kitchen equipment was well stocked but there were no power points in the kitchen so we had to cook food on the portable stove on the dining table. Location was a little far out of the centres but if you have a moped it is fine. Would stay again!

I stay in this condo multiple times with different hosts’ room but Monika brings my experience to a different level. Her place made me feel like home. Monika knows I need to work remotely so she proactively upgraded the internet package to meet my needs. Monika responds to my message in a reasonable reply time manner. Before we arrive, she pre check the room and make sure it meet her standard. Her room is full of home warming decor that she likes. Very secure condo and area with face scan entrance. During my stay, there was a tiny issue and I messaged Monika, she respond right away and provide a complete solution. She even came and visit the other day and greeted me in person. We have a great chat together and she show me around in the EmDistrict. I love this condo because there are 3 different exits to 2 major roads. In case one of the road has traffic jam, we can use another route to get out of the area. Condo provide free shuttle service to BTS station in every 15 mins

It was a great place to stay, the room was absolutely clean and spotless, the check in was seamless as well. However, one thing which was advertised but not found in the room is the microwave, the microwave is unfortunately downstairs at the lobby. Additionally, perhaps it was rainy season, but there were frogs croaking outside throughout the night though easily unheard when utilising ear piece. Other than that, the accommodation was comfortable, with a free shuttle to and fro the nearest BTS every 30 minutes. The receptionist was also very helpful in storing luggages before check in time :)

Die Unterkunft war eine sehr gut geeignete Basis für unsere Unternehmungen in Bangkok, mit sehr guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Ganz nahe findet man auch kleine Märkte, eine Foodstreet und viele Frühstücks-Möglichkeiten. Trotz der Lage an einer lebendigen Straße war es im 24. Stock nicht laut. Die AC funktioniert ganz sanft und beinahe unmerkbar leise, sehr angenehm. Dara war so freundlich und ließ unser Gepäck am Abreisetag unterstellen. Das war eine große Hilfe, da unsere Flüge erst spät Abends gingen.

Loved our stay at Nata's place outside Bangkok. Away from the clutter. House was well maintained and the host was very helpful and responsive.

Overall is good! But only challenge is the house is quite far distance from most restaurants and shops, not very convenient if the group with old people who can’t walk too much.

Jenny’s place is extremely spacious. Lots of bathrooms, plenty of space, smoking area, private parking. It’s also a heaven for stair lovers😉. Jenny has been of great help - replying instantly and yummy breakfasts that were delivered to us each morning made us feel very welcomed. Thank you Jenny. Wishing you all the best.

This is an amazing house! Very beautiful! Very cozy! We lived here and were happy! The hostess of the house is the best and most responsive!!!! She helped us with everything! We were very pleased. We are happy in this house. I think this is the best scrap in Bangkok. Thank you!

The accomodation is located in a townhome inside a very safe and secure gated neighborhood. Our family of three had a safe and comfortable stay. Host Minnie was very helpful and hospitable and this was the highlight of our stay. We had difficulty with getting cash to use with our cards during our trip and she went extra mile to help us overcome this challenge. Minnie also arranged a complementary delicious local breakfast on one day which gave us a taste of home cooked food. In addition, she also helped with rescheduling our bus tickets by calling the customer care center and speaking in Thai. Would highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay. Spacious place with good facilities. Doesn’t sleep 10 more like 6. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Location was decent, close to some restaurants and sport centres.

Ploi’s place is exactly as described, and then some. Located pretty centrally in town, the house itself is clean and well looked after by Noi, Ploi’s helper. One helpful note is to use GM Suites for GPS, as the small lane where the house is located is not the easiest to see off Soi Sukhumvit 3.

Really enjoyed a week in this super functional little flat! Fantastic facilities in the building. Small grocery store and lots of street food nearby. MRT very close. Recommend!

L'appartement est très bien entretenu, propre et conforme à la description. Il est idéalement situé, ce qui facilite les déplacements et l'accès aux principaux points d'intérêt. L'entrée est simple et très bien expliquée, ce qui rend l'arrivée sans tracas. L'hôte est réactif, répond rapidement aux messages et se montre très serviable. On s'est sentis en confiance tout au long du séjour. Le seul point à noter : le lit est très ferme. Personnellement, je n’ai pas aimé, mais ma conjointe a adoré – c’est vraiment une question de préférence personnelle. Mis à part cela, tout était parfait !

J'ai passé un agréable séjour chez Christophe. L'appartement est proche de Sukhumvit Tong Lor et Phrom Pong tout en étant à l'abri du trafic. Appartement moderne avec une belle salle de sport commune. Je recommande.

Kriangsak was such a great host! He will go out of his way to make sure to meet you in person before check in, and give you tips and recommendations for Bangkok as a local! The place was also as described and very responsive at all hours of the day / night! I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you are looking for a place in Bangkok, but most importantly highly recommend the host! Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Excellent location close to sn overpass that leads to the big mall. The place was spotless, modern and comfortable. Easy and clear check in instructions. Very responsive host. I highly recommend. Would stay here again.

The host was very responsive and friendly, making communication easy and smooth. The location is amazing, just a short walk to the BTS, which made getting around super convenient. Plus, having a 7-11 right underneath the building was a huge bonus. The place was perfect for our stay!

Excellent place. Apartment and complex feel new and in good condition. Very quiet. About 10 min walk to Ekkamai station. Location is perfect for getting directly to Sukhumvit or for avoiding it to get to get to more distant areas. Apartment was stocked well with cleaning supplies, toilets and cleaning equipment. Shower has good temperature and pressure. Bed very comfortable and very large. Everything worked perfectly. Highly recommended!!
