The apartment or holiday house, which we named "BEe in foREST", is located at the end of the village of Klenik near Pivka on the outskirts of Natura 2000, in the lap of nature, with which we are closely connected. It is made of mostly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and adapted for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb the wooden staircase to the attic, which, in addition to the bedroom with a balcony and a view of the meadows, also offers a sauna and a bathtub for additional relaxation.

The space is decorated in a modern, rustic style, inspired by traditional Istrian taverns, with carefully selected details that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The combination of natural materials—wood and stone—along with modern design elements creates a harmonious space where guests can feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their stay. The accommodation is ideal for couples, but also for solo travellers who want to enjoy an authentic atmosphere and a peaceful setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still close to it.

The holiday home "Sunset" is a self-contained property on two floors, with its own garden and parking space. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a living room, a toilet and a room with a jacuzzi. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with 2 beds and a bathroom. In the courtyard there is a table with benches, a barbecue and a prefabricated pool. The house is in a glade, offering unique views of the lake and many surrounding areas. The place is quiet, suitable for nature walks and mountain biking.

A comfortable house with a swimming pool is located at the foot of the medieval town of Motovun, near the Mirna River. In the secluded village of Benčići (5 km from Motovun), where there are only 3 houses, our house suitable for 6 people is located. The location is completely surrounded by nature, and therefore the atmosphere is calm and quiet. There are numerous cycling and hiking trails, as well as the historic Parenzana railway route. In the Quieto house you will experience unforgettable moments and enjoy amazing sunsets.
