The holiday home "Sunset" is a self-contained property on two floors, with its own garden and parking space. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a living room, a toilet and a room with a jacuzzi. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with 2 beds and a bathroom. In the courtyard there is a table with benches, a barbecue and a prefabricated pool. The house is in a glade, offering unique views of the lake and many surrounding areas. The place is quiet, suitable for nature walks and mountain biking.

Peaceful Villa with breathetaking view

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

Authentic Istrian stone house built in 1922. This house is fully renovated and equipped to provide you all you need. The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
