Beautiful possibilities for walks at the back of the house and walks, on foot, by mountain bike and electric bike. Calm and beauty assured with the pleasure of the sea view (5 km) and the countryside. The village (grocery stores) is a 7-minute walk. Supermarket 5 minutes away by car.

Very well lit, it faces south and has windows in all rooms, each window is like a Mediterranean painting. The street where it is located is very quiet and dead-end, only the neighbors use it.
