There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

The villa is located approximately 200 metres from the junction leading to Centola, in a residential area surrounded by greenery. To get to the centre and the beaches, a car is essential, but the distance is really short! The house is a spacious studio apartment; the two sleeping areas are separated by a blackout curtain.
