Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain bike trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass railed terrace, which is the width of the entire cabin, gives you the opportunity to sense the peace of nature in both winter and summer. In the yard there is a wood storage, a campfire place and a hot tub. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shops: Puolanka center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Ukkohalla, one of the four villas of the new holiday village on the shore of Lake Syväjärvi, near the ski slopes. The lake, northern lights and slopes open directly from the large windows. In a separate beach sauna, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna, with a view of the lake landscape from the large windows, both from the sauna and the magnificent fireplace room. The service building has a laundry room and a fitness room. Electric car charging points, 2 pcs 11kW type2 and 2 pcs 16A Super suko, are included in the rental price.

Enjoy the ease of life in this peaceful, centrally located property. Air conditioning, air source heat pump. Drive right up to the door. Wi-Fi connection 2 bedrooms, living room/kitchen, sauna. 3 floors. Please bring your own bed linen (according to frequent travellers, the value for money is really good). Kajaani Airport 90 km, Oulu Airport 160 km. Good views of the lake and the Kainuu mountains (100 m to the ski slopes). Go skiing, hiking or just stay and relax. On the B side, Ukkohalla's services are 700 m away on foot.

Cozy, clean apartment with its own entrance. Fully equipped kitchen. You can heat the sauna daily, cool off on the sheltered terrace, grill (gas) and a fireplace is available. Beds made in the bedrooms (160 cm, 120 cm). Living room sofa bed (140 cm). Travel beds for small children. Pets are welcome (please remember to inform us when booking). Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani towards the airport.

Not a resort, not a hotel. Exactly what Finland actually looks like. A small off-grid cabin on Lake Oulujärvi running on solar power and firewood. No running water or indoor plumbing. You light the sauna, pump water from the lake, and cook on gas or an open fire at the laavu. Note: this stay requires basic outdoor skills. You must be comfortable making fires, bringing your own sheets and drinking water, and doing the final cleaning before checkout.

Ukkohalla ski & sport resort lies 15 kilometers away.

Siikatupa - The Whitefish Cabin

Log cabin with a lakeside view. Features include a private sauna, one bedroom, and a sleeping house located outside the main cabin. The living room and kitchen are combined. A BBQ place is located on the front yard. Water toilet. Shower and tap water filtered from lake. A boat is available for free use. Activities: wildtaiga site. Hot tub / extra fee 90€.

Come and relax in the unique Ukkohalla. The cottage is located a stone's throw from all activities. Ski slopes, Ukkohalla's sauna world and Wakerada are a 5-minute walk away. Ski slopes and sledding tracks 150m away. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The reason is the steep stairs leading downstairs.

House in a quiet location

Two bedrooms with two beds that are 80 cm and in the other two beds that are 120cm. In the livingroom the other sofa is a bedsofa that is 110cm when opened. There is also a travelbed for babies. Bedlinen and towels for an extrafee of 10€/ person.
