Our condo has been completely renovated and updated with new kitchen, bath, appliances and furniture. Located in a double gated exclusive community that you will have exclusive access with no through traffic. Palmas Del Mar has many things to offer restaurants, two golf courses, tennis, kids park, bike and walking trails, horse back riding.

New apartment very comfortable, very clean. **New just added WASHER/DRYER** Located in a private area, dead end street. Paintings inside are from a local artist beautiful drawings. Rural area with benefits of having Walmart, beaches nearby. Solar panel back up no worries about losing power! Free coffee for our guests and filtered Brita pitcher water. TV has Netflix available for guests. Maximum 2 authorized guests allowed. A fee will be charged for each unauthorized guest.
