Apartment holiday rentals in Palmas del Mar

Great place to stay with family, we enjoyed the complex and the amenities it had. We used the restaurants, convenience store and ice cream shop on complex a Few times and was happy with selection! We also enjoyed the beach club ( it did cost extra) but worth it for amenities! The pool had two water slides and water basket ball net to use ( great for my 12 year old to make friends and play together). Restaurant and drinks also available on site. We had a marina view and enjoyed sitting on patio in evenings. Nice and quiet at our location, but close to stores and pools! Highly recommend!

Alberto was extremely helpful. He checked in on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. He gave great suggestions of things to do and places to go. The apartment was clean, spacious and beautiful surroundings.

Everything was just as Maite mentioned with things being a little bit older. This was fine for us, as we didn’t spend much ch time in the room. Bed was comfortable and the beach couch by the front door was a great spot to read!

Was really nice! Surprisingly perfect for us because it was what we are looking for: peace, love, and specially LIKE HOME OUTSIDE OF HOME!! I love the way of Mariavelisse assist us with the directions and complete instructions in the pool area, was very professional and at the same time familiar. The apartment was clean and in order with all the necessary items as a first help; of course we try to leave it clean and in order too!! During nights everything is in calm and peaceful, I love it!! In general this place is a great deal !!! I thanks for let me stay with my family. Thank you !! ❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea la Vie! The apartment was well laid out for our family of 4 with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with tools for cooking and our children enjoyed the toys and books Christina had available in the living room. The pool was clean and the grounds were well maintained. While we were there, the elevator was being replaced, but taking the stairs was no problem for our family. We would stay here again!

The villa is beautiful. Very confortable. We had some issues with the breakers and the electricity but they came to help after one hour. The day after happen again but he show us how to fix. Let us late check out for the trouble. I will stay again for sure.

Better than pictures! We got everything we needed. Beds are comfy and everything was perfectly clean. There’s a mini market and a few restaurants just downstairs. I recommend this place.

We will return again next year for the third time. Need I say more!

The apartment is beautiful! It was our first time saying goodbye to the year there and we had a great time. The place is very cozy, comfortable, in excellent condition, a lot of peace and quiet. Very kind host and was always available to us. We will definitely be back!

We had a great family vacation at Rita’s place. It was the perfect size for my wife & I, and our 2 young children (2 & 4). There are 2 adult/big kid pools, and another children’s pool right outside the door, in addition to the beautiful ocean view right outside the door as well. The condo is located inside a much larger golf community called Palmas del Mar which is a large upscale golf community.

We had a fantastic stay! Perfect location, just steps from an amazing beach. The host provided everything needed for beach days—chairs, toys, boogie boards, coolers, umbrellas, and plenty of towels. The beach was ideal, calm some days and great waves on others. The unit was modern and updated with excellent A/C, a fully-equipped kitchen, and plenty of linens. We loved having two balconies to enjoy the beautiful weather. The Palmas del Mar area felt safe, conveniently close to the main plaza and Wyndham resort for easy meals. The pool was also wonderful—warm, spacious, and relaxing. Overall, it was perfect for our family of six (two adults, four kids). The host was very responsive and accommodating, making our trip smooth and enjoyable. We'd definitely stay again and highly recommend this place!

This was in a great place. My only regret is that we didn't stay here a few more days. it was clean, roomy the beach is literally less than a 2 minute walk. Our host was exceptional.

This unit is beautifully decorated and super comfortable. Everything is high end and we felt right at home. The media room is a vibe all itself and the unit has everthing you need including beach chairs. The views are spectacular. Great restaurants are right down stairs and the private pool is right next to the unit. John, was also very welcoming to our questions and accommodating. A+++host. Thank you John! Hope to stay here again!

Vincent was super accommodating and friendly in all aspects. The property had all the accommodations and more. Definitely recommend this location and Vincent’s properties.

The Airbnb was excellent. The place was quiet and safe; my kids played outside without a care. The pool was just for us, and although we didn't go to the beach, walking along the coast was spectacular. The room was impeccable, with everything you need and a nice scent. They even had repellent available, which was useful for mosquitoes in the morning and at sunset. It's an Airbnb in a prime location. We loved it and want to go back!

The experience was amazing. The hosts were truly SUPER. Fast and friendly responses every step of the way. It felt like they were right there with us to help us in anything we needed. The villa was spotless, no trace of dust or mold smell like other rentals. I fell in love with the attention to detail: extra locks in the entrance, electronic hurricane shutters, and even solar “lanterns” in case of power outage. As a bonus, the villa is located just a few steps from the tennis club restaurant. Thank you for the memories!

We really enjoyed our stay. Jean was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. The space was perfect for us and our three kids. The pool was closed our first two days, but Jean reimbursed us for a pass to the Wyndham pool. Location is great, steps away from the beach. Highly recommend a golf cart to navigate the wider Palmas Del Mar. Loved the extra touch of the turtle food Jean had - definitely check out the turtle pond!

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 young children. The place was super clean and looked exactly like the photos. The pool area was peaceful and relaxing. The beach is gorgeous, but the water is on the rougher side. As other reviews mentioned, there is a lot of seaweed, but if you just walk down a little to the left the water was great! We really enjoyed how peaceful it was and renting a golf cart to explore the property and go to nearby restaurants was also fun! highly recommend!

Beautiful, super clean and relaxing condo! My family of 4 felt right at home and we loved taking our time in the morning to have coffee and breakfast on the table outside on balcony where we could see the ocean! We spend a lot of time there reading and talking and reconnecting. It was beautiful. We used the pool quite a bit and it was nice how close the bodega and restaurants are! Would stay here again in a minute!

My stay was absolutely incredible! The home exceeded all expectations — it was even better than described. It truly felt like a home away from home: clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. where do I start. this condo was amazing. we had come to celebrate my mother in laws 60th birthday at Playa del Mar. Everyone in the family could not believe how fabulous this place was. Once I told them what I paid for 7 days they were shocked. This was very fair price rental. I had my family stay in other condos in Playa del Mar and they said our place was so much nicer and spacious then there Airbnb rentals. This place has options to be rented as 1 bedroom. Friends say they would come back and rent here do to how amazing it was. they security at gate was so nice and helpful. steps aways from the pool and hot tub there it's open til 1pm. nature sounds when on the balcony and beautiful birds to see while sitting outside in mornings on balcony with some coffee. I was happy that family really wanted to come visit our place and loved it. I had to forward this Airbnb to family and friend that were asking. Family members loved the golf course and golf cart rental to get around.
