36 Wardle Drive is a quiet residential area, guests will have what is essentially a self contained mini apartment with private bedroom with en suite,a spacious sitting room with table and chairs,use of microwave,fridge and kettle. private entrance with own key and secure parking . We are well situated for beautiful Northumberland coastal areas, and the border country. Not too far from historical Durham City and only 20mins fromNewcastles shops and restaurants. Newcastle Airport is 20mins away.

This beautiful, contemporary new build house has an open layout, perfect for relaxing and visiting friends. The house is perfectly laid out with all the amenities that you would require. Both bedrooms are situated on the first floor of the property to make for a quiet and peaceful nights sleep. It is a real home from home. The location is very accessible for main roads to visit the coast and Newcastle upon Tyne. The house is also situated right by Longbenton Metro station.
