In 2 minutes you will find yourself on a sandy beach that is reserved even on the busiest days. No lido present. A few steps away, in the opposite direction, there are the best restaurants and pizzerias in the city as well as numerous swimming pools open to the public. The large veranda is shared with the other apartment but is divided by a partition that provides privacy if necessary.

The apartment is in the heart of the historic center of Scilla, a few steps from the square with a panoramic view of the Strait of Messina. It is located in a characteristic alley with a separate entrance, away from the noise of the main street. The bathing area and Chianalea village are within walking distance in 10 minutes and by elevator (open only in summer) located 1 minute from the house. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a bunk bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
