Monthly Rentals in Palombaggia

My wife and I spent a week at Sophie's place. The location in the hills overlooking Plage Palombaggia is spectacular and it's an easy 15 min walk down the road and then the trail to the beaches below. The landscaping, infinity pool and outdoor furniture are perfect and everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. The interior is furnished simply and the dining room table is Japanese style for eating on cushions on the floor. Living room is small and there is only one bathroom with a stand up shower (the other bathroom has a whirlpool tub). The ample outside facilities make up for this to a degree. A couple of things it would be nice to have are: more than one set of towels per person and instructions for the appliances (we ended up having to search YouTube to get things working).

Very pleasant stay at the residence of Palombaggia. The accommodation is clean and corresponds to the description and photos. It is located 5 minutes from Palombaggia beach. You have to cross a beautiful pine forest to get there. Very quiet, no noise, perfect for relaxing.

Superb secluded villa located off the main road from Porto Vecchio to Bonifacio, just outside Porto Vecchio with all its local facilities. The villa is nestled in a beautiful garden with a wonderful swimming pool: beautiful design and colour, and the views are stunning. The pool was heated during our stay late October which was very enjoyable and made our stay feels like it still was summer! The villa is as pictured, very comfortable and well equipped. It is perfectly located to explore southern Corsica (beaches and mountain) and visiting Bonifacio. The host was very welcoming and gave nice tips about the area. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

There were two of us with three-legged dogs. We didn't reach the place until late at night and that was not an issue. We had a good view of the sea every day and the terrace was great. Slightly unpleasant was the dog droppings of other dogs lying around. A few trash cans and bags would have been great, then you could have put it away well.
