The villa is all air conditioned cosy and comfortable, very nearby from many famous beaches (beautiful Santa Giulia bay is a very short drive away (2 km) - 5 minutes by car, free parking pass, close to Palombaggia, Rondinara....)

The villa overlooks the sumptuous bay of Palombaggia. With an area of about 140m2, it is composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a master suite, a studio (20m from the house). Each room is air conditioned. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. It has a swimming pool of 4 X 8 m, the swimming pool is open from April 1st to October 31st. The villa is located on 5000m2 lot and offers great tranquility. Walking distance to the beach in 10 min.

With a view of the mountains, in a quiet and residential area, the villa "Billina" is ideally located in a quiet and not overlooked. (Gainable fiber / air conditioning installation.) 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in the south including Palombaggia and Santa Giulia. And for lovers of the mountains are nearby some wonders such as the Ospedale, the Aiguilles de Bavella... The city centre of Porto-Vecchio is just a 5-minute drive away.

The house is located in a residence bordering Palombaggia beach which is only 600 meters away (about 10 minutes' walk). Residents have private beach access where they can park in a small car park. The view of the sea facing south is clear and you can even see Sardinia on a clear day. The 110 m2 living building, fully air-conditioned, is divided into two wings each composed of two bedrooms with a shower room and a toilet.
