Monolocali di circa 30 metri quadrati, porta blindata, ampi armadi, cassaforte, cucina completamente attrezzata con lavasciuga, lavastoviglie, forno, piano a induzione, macchina del caffè con cialde, spremiagrumi e tostapane. Il bagno offre una doccia molto spaziosa con soffione a pioggia, e troverete anche un set di cortesia completo con sapone, shampoo e asciugacapelli. La zona notte è dotata di un comodo letto alla francese. L'aria condizionata canalizzata e regolabile e con Wi-Fi gratuita.

Casa in pietra indipendente in centro storico con ingresso privato. Appena restaurata ha una camera da letto con bagno al pianoterra, cucina abitabile con divano letto al primo piano e bagno con accesso al terrazzo privato al secondo piano. / Independent stone house in the historic center with private entrance. La villa si colloca in una tranquilla e serena zona di campagna a 15 minuti dal capoluogo pugliese e a 20 minuti dal mare. Piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: l'atmosfera, gli spazi esterni e la posizione. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). N.B: La piscina è utilizzabile da Giugno a Settembre. Nella villa è presente una coppia di guardiani e i miei genitori in appartamenti diversi

A solo 1,5 km dal centro, Torre Gigliano fu costruita nel XII secolo ai piedi dell’altopiano delle Murge, è immersa in una distesa di ulivi nell’agro di Ruvo di Puglia, paese ricco di storia. Utilizzata come torre di avvistamento e come osservatorio astronomico, la dimora è arricchita da una scala a chiocciola in pietra, unica nel suo genere e di straordinaria bellezza. I frutti di un piccolo orto e di un frutteto biologici sono a disposizione degli ospiti a seconda della stagione in corso.
