The villa is nice and quiet. Beautiful scenic landscape. The property is pet friendly. The caretakers are always available to serve you. A great experience amidst beautiful red & green mountains.

The place needs urgent repairs, the main door of the house doesn't shut, which is risky, the door of one of the upper floor bedroom doesn't shut. they have only 2 rooms in the bungalow, the 3rd room is separately located in the basement. Overall the house is neat and clean but the 3rd room which is in the basement stinks of perfume, has already occupied stuff in room and also the wadrobe is filled with clothes and stuff. The 3rd room is very poorly ventilated and took us a lot of time to getaway with that perfume smell which was all over the room. even on blankets. The caretaker makes this place much better, she is very responsive and cooked us good meals, got us things from market at all genuinely affordable price. The swimming pool ladder is broken and pool experience was average. I felt the price of the bungalow could have been less around 8-9k. 12-13k is a bit too expensive for this bungalow. overall pleasant experience.

Stay at the ora vue was wonderful. Neat and clean property with beautiful view of dam and valley! It is just at the cliff! Caretaker is helpful! Its actually 3 storied property, having 1bhk at ground floor and 2bhks at lower ground and first floor, having 3 seperate access. While coming from wai, google map shows to take turn before panchgani but i would suggest to take turn from baby point panchgani to avoid steep slope and sharp turns! Property is surely a recommend!

As soon as we entered the property, we were greeted by the awesome nature. The property has integrated well with the greenery around. The chirping of the birds makes you feel that you are inside some rain forest. We were lucky to spot a deer, mongoose and lots of birds right at the front door of the home. It is really a great escape from the city life. The cooking didi was very polite and she cooked a decent meal for us. The home tells it's story from all the old photos of the owner's family. However, I personally found the framed children clothes somewhat spooky.
