Our original family home. The apartment is characterized by the beautiful original cement tiles: it is bright, fresh, ventilated, well-furnished and equipped. Comfortable and quiet, with a large and usable balcony of 5 square meters, a view and an exclusive and enchanting location. Practical outdoor parking, unguarded but safe (local police/carabinieri barracks), 100 meters away. The heart of the village with shops, markets, bars and restaurants can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes and the beaches, by car, in 15 minutes.

Arranged on 2 levels: on the ground floor, a bathroom with a washing machine, a kitchen, and a living room with a TV sofa. Upstairs, bathroom with large shower and 3 bedrooms.
