Our family home. The apartment is characterized by beautiful original concrete: it is bright, fresh, ventilated, well-furnished and equipped. Comfortable and quiet, with spacious and enjoyable balcony of 5 square meters, view and exclusive and charming location. Practical outdoor parking, unguarded but safe (Loc.Pol/Carab barracks), 100 meters away. The heart of the country with shops, markets, bars and restaurants can be reached on foot in less than 5' and the beaches, by car, in 15'.

Villa Franca

Villa Franca is located about 850 meters above sea level and overlooks a balcony on the Mercure Valley surrounded from east to south by the Pollino chain. The house has a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with a fireplace complete with appliances, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a large porch, and an outdoor barbecue. Given the location, you can get to the Lao gorges for rafting, Mount Pollino for hiking and the Latronico thermal baths in a few minutes

The Nest of Fortune

The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).
