Holiday rentals with beach access in Paola

My family and I enjoyed the stay at this apartment. It is located in a lovely village with the beautiful sea view and the beach nearby. Even if we didn’t met Anton personally, he did everything to make our stay comfortable with a very quick communication to all my questions. Definitely recommend you this place for a family vacation

Pasquale is a very welcoming, very responsive host. He gave us lots of tips on sightseeing around his rental, including a very good ice cream shop😋. The location is great for accessing Pizzo, Tropea and Scilla. Quiet rental.

The house is very nice, well-kept and very clean. It is located a stone's throw from the sea and the parking space is very comfortable. Accurate and punctual communication. Absolutely recommended!

Great area, a few kilometers north of Pizzo Calabro, 500 meters from a large beach that can be reached on foot through a fragrant pine forest. Spacious and fully furnished apartment. The residence where it is located has two swimming pools, one with a water slide, tennis courts and soccer fields. Excellent hospitality from the owners, kind and helpful. Recommended to everyone.

We were happy with the apartment. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and quite modern. In particular, we enjoyed sitting on the peaceful, sunny terrace amidst blooming plants and run-away lizards. Stepping through the backdoor of the terrace, it took just a very short walk to Pizzo beach, which was like a lonely planet in mid- October. Liudmyla was very hospitable and provided useful information before check-in. Apart from a short power failure on a rainy day we had a perfect stay at Marinella. Strongly recommended!

Hello ,I was with my family in August 2024 good experience quiet area near a nice beach campsite within walking distance About 50 meters away if you do not want to take the car. However, everything can be reached in a few minutes by car both for other free beaches and to reach places for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the village is nice if you want to turn there is a lot to see. + Everything is good and Franco is a very good host + He is always available and very helpful + Franco shows you the area. - The fridge is a bit noisy. - There is no real kitchen.

Giuseppe's house has a very special flair. The amenities (windows, floors, kitchen, ...) are of high quality and stylish. The garden with seating possibilities and barbecue is well maintained and we really enjoyed trying the various citrus fruits. Since we arrived by plane (and rental car), it was very helpful that not only bed linen and towels but also a few basic foods (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, ...) were available. Even wine and cookies were ready to welcome you. The location on the street was not an issue. Within walking distance you can easily get to the marina and also up to the place to the piazza... to the supermarket we drove a few minutes by car. We can definitely recommend this accommodation.

The accomodation has been excellent, from the beginning of my stay I have felt great. Everything has been as expected. The communication with Giuliano was proactive and above all customer centric. His response times were extraordinary and every upcoming question or issue has been clarified within minutes. I fully recommend this apartment to everyone going to Villapiana Lido. All shops can be reached within minutes and also the beach is so close that it has been an ease to reach it by foot. Enjoy your stay at this apartment as I did!

The setting in the alleys of Scalea Vieja is extremely evocative. Free parking is very easy to find. The house is delicious, especially the kitchen and the terrace, with a beautiful view. The double bathroom is an extreme convenience. All for a great price. The house is also equipped with all the necessary utensils.

It was beautiful, communication with Silvio was great. He was always quick to answer questions and problems and helped us. We will be happy to come back.

Great place, 5 min. walk to the huge beach, the house is good and clean have all you need. Romano’s family is nice and always help.

Well organized and clean accommodation, easily accessible and in a strategic position to be able to reach all places on the coast of the gods. Very quiet and peaceful area. Well-stocked kitchen with every utensil and very welcoming private garden. Rosa has always been a host present at every request and information.

Graziella's home was beautiful and clean and it had everything i needed and more. Graziella was so kind and welcoming and she made sure i had everything i needed and even had breakfast items for me. She is truly a wonderful host. It was a perfect place to get away from the chaos of the bigger busier cities and relax in San Lucido beautiful quaint seaside town. There is a bus that comes through town a few times a day and the local tobacco shop sells train and bus tickets, but it only has one train. The adjacent towns are also very quaint and beautiful. There are a couple grocery stores and several shops in town that are very reasonably priced. People are warm and friendly and very helpful. The little town below can get lively and loud but the town shuts down very early. A car to see the beautiful surrounding area is definitely recommended. Paola has a few options but you will have to book in advance.

What a lovely studio! Even though you have to get the keys from Rachael (no self check in); nevertheless she’s very responsive and accommodative. I will definitely stay again when I return to the area.

Everything was as advertised. The pictures of the place on Airbnb looked enticing and were exactly as we found it . The exterior was adorned nicely with flowers and the front patio had sun throughout the day . The interior was perfect for a couple . A nice kitchen/dining area and bedroom area. The bathroom and shower were fine. The interior walls were reflective of the exterior stone construction, providing a continuous local flavor to the experience . The area was quiet and private. We did not use the provided heaters even though the temperatures in early April were in the mid 50s-low 60s degF. Every time we walked back to the place from various locations we were impressed by its look and how it stood out along the walking tour of the centro storico . Lorenzo was always available to answer questions and his father was helpful in our check in and in helping us during our stay, and of course, watering of the flowers. We would happily rebook the place, a perfect stay from the start.

We really enjoyed our stay in Pizzo, in Maria's apartment, who was an exceptional host, adorable, responsive, understanding, especially when we arrived with a day of difference following a "misadventure" in Rome, she welcomed us with milk and cakes to comfort the children. The apartment is very large, with all the necessities for the kitchen, linens, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms, the equipment was perfect, and not to mention the essential air conditioning during the summer. The pool was very nice, and the beach within walking distance 300 meters. The residence was very quiet, ideal for our family. And in addition, a glacier close to the residence "Gelataria Enrico" to taste their artisanal and local ice cream, the "tartufo di Pizzo" which are a treat. The best cities to visit and beaches are Tropea, Scilla (Chianalea village), Pizzo, Reggio Calabria. Thanks again Maria for this stay, we highly recommend her apartment.

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

We returned after three years to Gilda's accommodation and everything was impeccable, the breathtaking view of the Gods' coast makes the stay magical, from the terrace we admired the sunsets and the location of the apartment is perfect to reach the most beautiful beaches in the area, Gilda always welcomes us with affection and provides us with great tips for visiting Tropea and Capo Vaticano. We drove down from Rome and needed a place to stay for one night to break up the drive. We were sad it was only one night- Pizzo is adorable, the food was amazing, and since we were there off-season, it was pretty quiet. The apartment was clean and very tastefully decorated. The family all came out to meet us (even the dog!) and to make sure we were comfortable. The two recommendations they gave us (restaurant and gelateria) were both PERFECT! Will come back to stay longer next time...

The apartment is in a quiet complex, a five-minute walk from the free beach of Punta Safó. It's a sandy beach, with the clear sea, and generally not very crowded. The apartment has a large terrace from which you can see the sea; there is also a table, lounge chairs and a sofa. The kitchen is well equipped and equipped with everything you may need; the bluetooth box in the living room and the bookshelf in the room are very much appreciated. Dirk is an accurate and attentive host but a special thank you goes to Lisa, who in fact welcomed us, recommended us and was always available to respond to our requests. Highly recommended!
