El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en la cuadra hay un súper abierto 24 hrs. Está a 1 cuadra del coliseo y se ve el mismo desde todos los ambientes. La comunicación fue fluida y tanto el ingreso como el egreso rápido y sin inconvenientes. El anfitrión dejó una carpeta con información sobre lugares para comer, mapas, etc. El puntaje no es perfecto porque el sillón cama del 2do cuarto es muy incómodo, queda sobre el piso (lo q complica levantarse) y es súper duro y las maderas se sienten en la espalda, este punto se repite en varios comentarios y lo comprobamos. Tal vez necesita un poco de inversión en los baños, es incómoda la ducha del baño principal porque se moja todo al no tener ninguna cortina o protección.

We are just back from our lovely holiday in Rome where we stayed at Filomena's place. The house was great with all that you require for a comfortable stay. It was clean, nicely furnished and felt right at home. Filomena was very helpful with any questions, local recommendations for places to eat and were very responsive as well. Overall an amazing stay and would recommend Filomena's place to anybody looking for an accommodation in Rome.

La ubicación es excelente. Muy céntrico. La decoración del piso muy bonita. Es igual que en las fotos. La atención de Paola es inmejorable. Volvería de nuevo.

Nous avons conversé avec le service de conciergerie Simonetta et Silvia qui ont été très réactives et ponctuelles. Nous avons eu un Check in avancé en raison de notre vol, Le ménage était en cours et nous avons été rassurées. Pour 5 participants l L’appartement est parfait, une chambre, chacune avec une literie très confortable. Il manque un peu de lumière naturelle parce que c’est un rez-de-chaussée. Il y a deux serviettes par convives une paire de chaussons gracieusement offerte. Un dépôt de bagages est aussi à côté des appartements, bien pratique. The place was extremely nice, with open spaces, natural light and an amazing terrace. Located in a peaceful and beautiful corner in Trastevere, it is the perfect place to relax after exploring Rome. We will definitely come back.

Il cottage è anche più bello rispetto a quanto visto in foto. Atmosfera molto romantica ci ritornerei altre 10 volte. Proprietario gentilissimo ci ha dato ogni indicazione per raggiungere il luogo ed è stato molto disponibile per qualsiasi problema

Logement très propre et bien situé à proximité des lignes de bus et du métro pour rejoindre les principaux monuments de Rome. Le logement est tout proche d’une gare de train qui permet de venir directement depuis l’aéroport en 40 minutes. Quelques adresses restaurants et glaciers très bonnes dans le quartier. Vraiment très bon hôte. Hyper réactif et pro actif pour s’assurer que tout se passe bien.

We've just had a lovely 5 day stay here. Very convenient location with lots of restaurants nearby and of course a view of (and short walk to) St. Peter's Basilica. Carrefour near the station and smaller grocery shops if you walk towards the Basilica and turn right. Bakery and Sandwich shop right outside the building. The apartment was clean and had all amenities we could need! Most importantly, we were arriving very late at night into Rome and Davide kindly arranged a reasonable taxi to pick us up from the airport and a late check-in was no problem.
