Beach hideaway

Our place is close to the beach (2 minutes walk), public transport and five minutes drive from Papamoa shopping centre. It is a fully self-contained unit which is part of our house, with its own entrance and private driveway and backyard with BBQ. You’ll love it because of the location and privacy. It is suitable for couples, or possibly a family with one child and a baby. In the lounge we have a day bed similar size to a small single bed. We also have a portacot for a baby if needed.

A studio bedroom furnished with simple basics with open loft storage, an ensuite bathroom and a tiny cupboard kitchenette as per photos, your own entrance and outdoor patio space. It is a great base to spend exploring the area, or visiting family and friends. Within reach of shops, cafes and the Surf Club. Good links to Baypark, Bayfair, Te Puke and the Mount. ‘A Stone’s Throw’ Papamoa Beach Studio, 200m>Beach

Modern Beach Studio with own separate ranchslider entrance; integral double garage separates Studio from main house. There is another door in the Studio that you can keep locked but enables you to access garage if you wish to store anything. Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. Approx 6 kms to Bayfair shopping. Quiet location.

Shady Grove Cabin

Shady Grove is located in Papamoa within walking distance of a beautiful sandy beach, wide selection of good restaurants and shops. The cabin is situated in a park like environment surrounded by mature trees. Downtown Mount Maunganui is only 15 minutes away. Rotoura and it outstanding lakes is only 45 a minute drive. The shower and toilet are a separate(1.5m) heated unit directly next to bedroom. The cabin is designed and located to ensure a restful and relaxing stay.
