Casa Bollicine .be is a newly built apartment with garden located on the outskirts of the Italian mountain village of Valtournenche in Valle D'Aoste, which is part of Cervino Skiparadise. Casa Bollicine is quietly located on the south flank at 1500 meters altitude. From the garden, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. At the house, several hiking trails start across the meadow landscape and the mountain slope. The ski slope is located 80 meters away in winter, and you can ski up to the house.

Het recent verbouwde appartement (50 m2) ligt op de begane grond van een groot huis met 4 appartementen. Het heeft een houtkachel en eigen gratis WiFi. De woon-eetkamer heeft een zithoek, eettafel en open keuken met o.a: inductiekookplaat, oven en afwasmachine. Het heeft een slaapkamer en een slaapkamer en suite (met schuifdeur) met flatscreen tv. De badkamer heeft een inloopdouche met regendouche, wastafel, bidet en wc. Er is een privé-terras met tuin op het zuidwesten met prachtig uitzicht.

Trudi's Terrace lies a steep 250m walk up from the taxi drop-off point. We welcome guests from all around the world to experience the enigma that is the Matterhorn. Trudi's Terrace has two cosy, comfortable and stylish bedrooms. We have two modern bathrooms. Our kitchen is the heart of the apartment. It is where we gather to cook, eat and watch Netflix. Note: Zermatt is currently in the middle of a building boom. Unfortunately a crane has been temporarily erected in front of the Matterhorn.

In front of the condominium is the bus stop for Cervinia and the ski bus for the ski lifts (about 1 km)

The house is on two floors and is divided in: - large open space with kitchen and living room and a balcony - first bedroom with double-bed and a second balcony - second bedroom with bunk-beds and a desk to work from - bathroom with a shower The house has been recently renovated and is equipped with every comfort and a fast wi-fi. Free parking on the road.

Tradition, love and tranquility: these are the adjectives we choose to describe this independent chalet. Inside there is a nice living room with a kitchen room and bathroom, but it is enough to climb the stairs, strictly made of wood, to find the bedrooms and the second bathroom. Just outside this Chalet that will make you feel at "home" you are just a short walk from the center of the country (2 min. walk) and less than 5 minutes by car from the departure of the ski resorts.

Sleeping area with double bed with 2 mattresses plus a single bed, and in case a bedroom with a full bed. The price indicated is for 2 people, the second bed is 20 euros more and the room is 30 euros. Common area with another apartment with boot dryer changing room and ski storage.

In the upper Valtournenche, at the foot of the Matterhorn, surrounded by herds of grazing cows in summer and white snow in the winter months, my wife Enrica and I will be happy to welcome our guests to our apartment. Close to the towns of Valtournenche and Cervinia (about 3 km) but still isolated from the chaos, it is the ideal place to relax, observe enchanting views, listen to the silence of the mountain, play sports and take fantastic walks starting right from the house!
