La tenuta e' ubicata a pochi minuti da Gallipoli, Otranto, Santa Maria di Leuca e Lecce, ed proprio la sua centralita', cosi' strategica, a favorire la conoscenza del Salento. Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. L'appartamento è appena stato ristrutturato rispettando l'ambiente circostante e utilizzando materiali della zona.

La seconda unità è invece composta da 2 camere matrimoniali con aria condizionata, bagno in camera e TV, cucina abitabile e zona pranzo esterna.
