You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

Attached to the main home is a one bedroom unit rented separately on Airbnb. Both units have a private entrance and designated off street parking spaces.
