“Mary's log house is the perfect cozy getaway. As a group of six friends, we had a great evening on the outdoor patio of the cabin, making dinner on the outdoor grill. The scenery is stunning: the cabin is at the edge of an open area in the woods (with a few other houses in the distance), so we had a clear view of the night sky, and the morning mist rolling over the forest was beautiful. Mary was a welcoming and helpful host: she joined us for dinner, gave us good advice on hiking in the area, and made a large pot of coffee in the morning! Her dog and cat are both very friendly and well-trained. Fully recommend.”
This quaint, rustic, one room log cabin was originally built for overflow family during the summer by my father. The cedar logs were cut from our property giving it a truly authentic Adirondack feel. The cabin sleeps 1-3 people. It's located on a large, beautiful piece of property with two main houses, a barn and garage. You are within walking distance to our private swimming hole and beach. There is a horse arena nearby. This is a great location for many attractions in the Adirondacks.
“Randi and her family are very kind and hospitable hosts. The cabin is cleaned and maintained very well. Randi also had delicious breakfast offerings, we particularly enjoyed the homemade granola and farm fresh eggs. We had many adventures with the help of Randi and her family; her kids dug up worms for us to go fishing with and had fire wood ready for us so that we can get the full camping experience. They gave us multiple suggestions and tips on where to fish, hike and eat. They even helped us with jump starting our car! I cannot say thank you enough for their hospitality, generosity, kindness and thoughtfulness. We will be returning again, until then a sincere thank you for giving us the time of our lives!”

“This place was better than I expected, the pics are great on the app but it doesn’t do it justice. The cabin was bigger than I thought and it smelled brand new. Everything was new, shower had great water pressure, kitchen had water stocked in the fridge, a booklet with all the info you need to stay there and the place was warm when we arrive. I was very impressed, location was great. If you want a great place with a great price book this cabin. The owners really know what the word hospitality means.”
