Everything is excellent, very good location

I only spent one night in the apartment but it was enough to enjoy a restful night's sleep. The place matched the description and photos, everything was very clean and tidy. The entry instructions were quite clear and that gives you autonomy to enter the place. It has a beautiful view at night. If it seems important to mention that the neighborhood is quite noisy, considering its location, for those who have light sleep. And the A.A. is also quite noisy, considering it's old. Anyway, I was able to sleep and rest very well. I would definitely go back to this AIRBNB.

Excellent apartment in a very good area of Asuncion. Minimarkets and supermarkets 5 or 10 minutes away. The apartment is well equipped with all you need for a short or long stay. A very nice rooftop with views of the city and pool, in addition to common laundry of free availability. Mauricio is a great host, very attentive to any details that there may be. Check-in very easy to do.

Excellent apartment for one or two people, it has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. 5 minutes from the two biggest shopping in Asuncion. It has a supermarket on the same block and a bar in front. I highlight Sofia's attention, very kind and understanding. I would definitely come back.
