Our seaside house is located 10min outside Preveza within an area 5000sqm of olive groves and 50 meters from one of the best beaches of Preveza, Monolithi. It offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea with unique sunsets. Ideal for those who love the tranquility and relaxation that nature offers, it can accommodate 6-7 people. Fetsis Apts,on the beach,literally!

It's right on the beach! All apartments can accommodate up to 4 people. They all have two rooms. The one room has a double bed with COCOMAT matress and the other room has two single beds. Every apartment has a furnished balcony/patio, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, A/C, and a bathroom with shower. All apartments share a big green yard with sun beds, garden tables, chairs, umbrellas and shower.
