Οι βίλες Vlamis αποτελούνται από 4 παρακείμενα διαμερίσματα και ένα ξεχωριστά, την Junior Villa. Η βίλα ανακαινίστηκε το 2023. Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Έμφαση δόθηκε στη μελέτη του φωτισμού προκειμένου να συνδυαστούν διαφορετικές ποιότητες φωτισμού μέσα στη μέρα.

Η συγκεκριμένη σουίτα είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένη, βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο ενός τριώροφου κτηρίου το οποίο απαρτίζεται από συνολικά τρείς σουίτες , μια στον κάθε όροφο . Το κτήριο βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης με πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό ,ανεμπόδιστη θέα στην θάλασσα την οποία μπορείτε να απολαύσετε είτε από το άνετο μπαλκόνι μας είτε χαλαρώνοντας μέσα στο άνετο τζακούζι . Η σουίτα διαθέτει κρεβάτι διάστασης 160x200 με στρώμα και μαξιλάρια αφρού μνήμης istikbal.

CASA 28 III is a freshly renovated apartment in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Chania, a breath away from the Venetian old harbour and the center and close to the beach also..! So close to the center but so quiet neighborhood with plenty free parkings around , equipment with anything you need, brand new household appliances and furniture. Two rooms, 35m² beach apartment, that offers free WiFi, air conditioning, 43" screen TV and queen size double bed. The apartment features balcony with sea view and also a modern kitchen, fitted with fridge, stove-top, coffee machine, water boiler, clothes iron, ironing board and full set of dishes, cups, glasses and cutlery. The living room/kitchen is equipped with a comfortable couch. Towels and bed linen are also provided. We speak Greek and English.
