Holiday rentals in Paralia Pefkos

We had a wonderful time as a family of four, we were made to feel very welcome and were bought oranges from the family trees and we had a delicious cake and wonderful homemade wine and grappa to enjoy! thank you!!

It was a wonderful stay, The sunrise was a dream to be in. You could enjoy sitting outside in peace. Small flaw to a high standard, the bedroom has no window. Otherwise everything is great.

excellent place well suited for even three couples, for a family of three (like in our case) was very comfortable all together. excellent quality of construction with a very good layou. pool could be bigger but sufficient size... garden and tarace and parking area amazing. one point (friendly recommendation) to address is the privacy between the outdoor spaces of the villas...this could be better so to contain noice and for guests to feel more secluded this could be done with some extra fencing etc BUT not a big issue altogether. we did not get to know in person Nicolas (the owner/host), but he provided all the necessary information on time for our trip through messages. The caretakers of the property (4villas) Nikos and Eva such amazing people...!!! Very professional, polite, attentive and willing to assist us with everything, shared insights from the Skyros island were to visit, eat etc. Thank you Nikos and Eva hope to see you again. Overall recommend for accomodation.

Everything was very good. The location is ideal and quiet if in the country of Skyros. The house was impeccable and provided coffee capsules which were very useful! Mrs. Marina very kind and helpful in everything! I recommend it!

A lovely clean house in the center of the country! Mrs. Euphrosyne welcomed us very friendly and hospitable! Fully responsive to photos and description! We will definitely visit it again we were completely satisfied!

Christos and his family were incredible hosts! The house was cozy and beautiful but felt spacious for our big group (and good WiFi to support all our surfing!). Be sure to take advantage of all his recommendations … he knows the Island so well and we were never disappointed. The house was clean and comfortable, we loved BBQs on the patio and there are wonderful beaches nearby and a short drive away. We are so eager to return. Christos made us feel like family!

Great views, location amazing! On the very comfortable terrace you can enjoy the sound and the view of the sea 24 hours! The host is direct and very communicative. I highly recommend it!

IN A FEW WORDS EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!! THE WINDMILL PERFECT WITH A GREAT VIEW, ALL CLEAN, THE YARD VERY BEAUTIFUL AND THE HOST VERY FRIENDLY. SHE GAVE US INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA AND THE ISLAND IN GENERAL! WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR CHOICE FOR BOTH THE ROOM AND THE ISLAND! WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND THE KIDS WERE EXCITED!
