Kostas is an excellent host. He communicated well, provided snacks, bottled water and was always available for questions or support. In his village there is a small but well stocked grocery store and a few cafes. The apartment was spotless! All amenities as listed. If you have a car, this is the place to be!

Me and my family had a really good time here. The room is new and clean. Well equipped with smart home. Convenient to park the car. And the luxury swimming pool impressed me a lot. Hope we could enjoy this house one more time in summer.

We spent 2 whole weeks in October in Mariangela's apartment, when the weather was still warm, but not too hot, and the water temperature was perfect (24-25 degrees). Our main goal was having a relaxing time and the apartment ideally fitted this goal. We received the key for access to a private beach, 100 meter from the home, so we went swimming almost every day, sometimes even twice. Other beaches were nearby. Notwithstanding our late arrival at 10 PM we were met cordially by Mariangela and her husband Michael. The refrigerator was filled with welcome gifts, such as wine, juice, bread and paté. Also there were lots of food supplies (coffee, tea, own olive oil, candies, crackers), all of which we were invited to use. Mariangela and Michael were very helpful and momentarily answered to all our requests. Michael even invited us for a private boat trip, which we unfortunately had to decline. We immediately felt at home in the apartment! Next time in Greece we will surely return here!

The house is beautiful!!! Exactly as shown in the photos, stylish and beautifully decorated. The place was super clean and smelled fantastic. It is located in a very quiet area, ideal for anyone who wants privacy and tranquility, just a few minutes from the center of Nafplio. Mr. Panayiotis welcomed us with a lot of joy, seems like a very nice person and was a great host! I highly recommend Elite Luxury Residences and we will prefer them when we visit Nafplio again- I hope soon!!! 🥰

The owners of the house are the kindest people I have met in a long time! We where spoiled with homebaked foods & snacks, and they where ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is wonderful if your looking for a small quiet retreat. There are two beaches you can go to, one of them easily within walking distance, and additionally there is a small path down from the house to the water (1 min) where you can take a dive with no-one around whatsoever. I would recommend bringing some watershoes however as there are some sea urchins in the area. Additionally its absolutely worth to bring some snorkeling gear, as there is a lot to see underwater if you know where to look! :) The house itself has a lot of character with many handcrafted elements and colour. The views from the balcony are great & the house offers multiple spots to hangout and chill both inside & outside. There isn't a supermarket close by so if you don't come by car I would recommend bringing some food. :)

Loved the apartment! The beds were very comfortable and the home made treats were an unexpected surprise!

I think this has to be the best equipped airbnb I have ever stayed in. Alexandra has thought of everything. The kitchen had every single appliance you could ever need, we were able to cook delicious homemade food everyday, there was even a hot water bottle which would definitely come in handy on those colder winter nights. It was situated perfectly with two supermarkets, a green grocers and the farmers market close by and all of the restaurants and shops are very close by too. We were able to leave the car at home and walk to all of the climbing areas including Jupiter and Mars. It is in a very peaceful part of Leonidio and there is a little courtyard to sit out in too which is very private. Great stay and fantastic host, thank you so much!

Really friendly welcome from Niki! Correct accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children. Clean and well-equipped with a nice garden and a pleasant outdoor area for eating meals. Parking space in front of the house. Conveniently located for visiting the surroundings: not far from Epidaurus, 30 min from Methana and Poros, 50 min from Nafplio, 1 hour drive to take the ferry to Hydra. We had a great time and would love to come back.

Lovely little studio, perfect for one night when I found myself without a place to stay due to flights being cancelled. Has everything you need in a very compact, clean and modern space right in the centre of Leonidio. Georgia is so kind, she even offered to make me dinner! (Sadly already had dinner plans with friends.) Only issue I found was the water in the shower not staying warm for more than 5 minutes in the morning, but probably just missed a switch somewhere.

Michael and his wife Dimitra are very kind and always available for satisfying any needs. The house is cute and super clean, in the center of Leonidio, so near to tavernas, restaurant and shops. The town is small but amazing, with his wonderfull architecture, friendly people and astonishing nature, a real paradise for climbing. We hardly recommend this accomodation and hope to come back in the future.

It was a pleasure staying at this location! The communication with Chryssa was great – always quick and helpful. The apartment was not only clean, but also generously sized and modernly furnished. Another plus was the parking space right outside the door, which made the stay even more comfortable. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-equipped place to stay.

Mina was very helpful in reccomendations and instructions. The house is incredibly unique with an amazing view. Waking up to the mountains and the beach view is a treat. Thanks for having us

Everything was great! We had a lovely time!

We stayed at Argiris house with my wife and our 3 kids. Although travelling with baby's (1,5 year old twins) and settling into a new place is a great challenge, Argiris was super helpful. He accommodated all our needs! He even built an extra garden door to protect babys running outside when he noticed we struggled to control them! Great host!

We were very satisfied all around. A very clean, very tasteful apartment in a central location yet very quiet. Our daughter, 3 years old, loved the playground right in front of the house :) Communication with the owner uncomplicated and very friendly. Soft towels, great mattresses and beautiful linens and a mega well stocked kitchen. The underground parking was very pleasant. We will 100% stay there again if we travel to Nafplion again.

Walking distance to old town, close to bakeries and restaurants, sightseeing. Delightful apartment, well stocked. Our gained a very comfortable and fun time. The owner provided coffee, cake and fresh fruit that was much appreciated. Thank you

Panos was extremely helpful with our bags, and was willing to accommodate baggage storage for us before check-in. The free parking onsite was an additional bonus.

Really impeccable space, ideal for up to 6 people, large and comfortable all spaces, fully equipped kitchen and spotless all spaces upon our arrival. Important amenity also the parking within the building. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood where with just 5 minutes walk you are in the central square of the city and the surrounding points of interest, restaurants shops etc. Impeccable hosts, direct the times I needed something. I recommend without a second thought the space to guests of Tripoli.

The apartment is in a great location, right in the center of the city. It was clean and tidy and the communication was impeccable. All of this made our stay in Tripoli very enjoyable!

We had a wonderful stay in Nafplio and the studio. It was well equipped and outstandingly clean . It was an easy walk from the town centre and everything thing we wanted to see was reachable either on foot or by the very affordable public transport. We particularly enjoyed the balcony, the stupendous views and watching the world on the waterfront and car park below. Thank you for our stay.
