Very nice house of 50 m2 located in a very quiet residential area of Tarbes, a 5-minute drive to the city center on 350m2 of land. Bedroom with 140 bed, Louis Philippe wardrobe three doors. Living room with sofa convertible very comfortable, TV 82cms, dining room with table and 6 chairs and crockery, all on 16m2, ceiling at 3.10m with exposed wooden beams. Nice bathroom with shower, thermostatic faucet. Garden furniture, barbecue, Nespresso coffee machine.
