The apartment offers a wonderful view of the Istrian landscape and forest which reaches all the way to the sea and has a large cured garden, surrounded with olive and other trees and allows green therapy. The area offers many cycling routes and hiking trails and the sea can be reached by car in 15 minutes. Nearby are beautiful coastal cities like Koper, Izola-fishing town, Piran, Portorož also Trieste and Venezia-Venice , Novigrad, Poreč, Rovinj, Pula... Visit us and we will be expecting you with a smile.

House is located close to the sea, but so far away that after enjoying the coast we find our peace. You can also visit the salt pans or Forma vivo in nature on foot. Here are bio-energy points in the area where you can recharge and gain extra energy. To the coast is 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes on foot. Nearby is all the infrastructure: shops, cafes, restaurants, health center, marina. Around the house is a lot of paths, perfect for bike. You can rent bike at our place for a fee 10€ per day.

Vila Porto Olive is located in the village of Parecag above the Sečovlje salt pans. The villa is for 10 guests and is modernly furnished but still conjures comfort and warmth. The villa has a large private heated swimming pool with salt water, a big garden with deck chairs, and a view. Two kitchens are modern & fully equipped. There are also three private bathrooms, four bedrooms, and a big living room. All rooms are air-conditioned. Parking space, WiFi & 2 LCD TVs with Netflix are provided :D

Private parking place in shade in front of the house, which is rare for Piran' s area. The view is breath-taking! Quite and green neighbourhood. Perfect stay for families.

Extremly relaxing destination. We are located in the top of the hill in a very quiet place, surrounded with pure nature. You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

New apartment, more than 60 square meters, 3 km to Portorož, 82 meters above sea level. Suitable for rest or active holidays. The villa was renovated in September 2019. It is surrounded by an olive grove of 125 trees. The apartment has all the equipment for living and sleeping for 4-5 people. We welcome guests personally.
