Monthly Rentals in Parks

Words do not do this place justice!! It is even better than pictured and is the best place we have stayed in LA yet!! Seriously! Two of us stayed here and loved absolutely EVERYTHING about it! It was perfect! If you are on the fence about this one just go ahead and book it now and you wont be disappointed!! Praying it is available when we are down there again next week!!!!

We stayed a month in this charming, comfortable, well-equipped, semi-rural cottage. The lots in this area are quite large, resulting in a feeling of privacy and peacefulness. The small, fenced-in patio/backyard was so enjoyable for morning coffee and evening enjoyment of bird, frog and insect sounds (our stay was before mosquito season!) We can't thank the host enough for welcoming our two Golden Retrievers. They also loved the fenced area! Although our Goldens are completely trustworthy off leash, we had them on leash for their bathroom duties ( always picked up after them) outside of the fenced area...because we are northerners and felt very worried about venomous snakes and dogs sticking their noses into brush piles, tall vegetation, etc.! Although the cottage was in a semi-rural area, all the stores, restaurants and services you would need are just a short drive away! Our compliments to the host for a lovely stay!

Kaitlyn’s place was perfect - spotlessly clean, comfortable, and charming. Would love to return. I had a wonderful stay.

Amazing cottage, decorated and furnished with great taste, located in the heart of Breaux Bridge. You have everything you need for a pleasant stay in the accommodation. Loretta is extremely kind, smiling and very good advice for restaurants/ places to visit nearby. If you are looking for a typical place to stay in a peaceful village, don't miss the Downtown cottage, it's worth a visit, we loved it!:)
