Time for two or with the family, for lovers, those in need of peace and quiet and nature lovers... just to switch off... you can do that wonderfully in the holiday apartment on our small farm in the picturesque Bavarian Forest. You can go hiking or cycling from the farm. Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar holiday region, but the Bavarian Forest National Park and the cities of Straubing, Regensburg and Passau are also not far away.

For romantic, relaxed days in nature, away from stress, just for two, for lovers, for those in need of rest, for garden lovers - just switch off - our guest house (approx. 40 sqm) offers all of this in the middle of our garden (8000 sqm), surrounded by forest and church. For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Close to the city but still in the nature. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

In our new apartment are 1 bedroom with king size double bed, 1 living room, 1 dining room with microwave, coffee maker Senseo, kettle, sink and fridge, no cooking facilities and 1 large bathroom. The garden behind the garage with garden set and charcoal grill can be used. Use of 2 bicycles available. The location is 500m from the Danube Cycle Path and about 2 km from Bogen in the district Furth, shopping center 200m. Restaurants and beer gardens nearby.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

The apartment with south-facing balcony is composed of a harmonious mix of designer classics and unique, own creations. The open space is modern and at the same time cozy. The balcony, facing south, invites you to relax and enjoy the sunlight. Every detail was chosen with a lot of love and care. In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.
