Joseias' space surprised me a lot! clean, spacious, super quiet and a great infrastructure that behaved very well for me and my whole family, I highly recommend. Joseias is extremely friendly and flexible, if you look for a place to feel like home, Joseias's apartment is the right place, practically beachfront and close to everything.

At the concierge we also had no problems with entry and exit. The place is close to the beaches we like (Cotovelo, Pirangi, Tabatinga) and the lagoon of Alcaçuz. It was well worth it. We were able to enjoy and rest. At the exit we leave the apartment clean as we found it. Great stay.
