Holiday rentals with lake access in Parque Florestal da Tijuca

The house is extremely comfortable: the rooms and beds are spacious, all bathrooms are complete and spaces for common use, also spacious. The appliances are modern and work well, including the air conditioning in every room. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe: it has 24h security at the entrance although they allow access to services of transportation platforms or Delivery which provides comfort. Access is with key, very convenient. Marcela was in touch before, during and after the trip, with a very good predisposition and with super clear communication. I definitely recommend it.

Communication was great and the house exceeded expectations. Very spacious, clean and organized. We didn't lack anything. Luiz and Dani were super helpful and malleable when negotiating the check-in and check-out time. I recommend it.

I enjoyed everything both in Nicolas’s place and the island.. great security, fast responses and friendly responses to everything I needed or wanted.. great amount of space in kitchen bathroom bedroom and living space. We were 8 friends and the house accommodated us very well for what we needed, the condominium is quiet and safe. It is a few meters from the beach, which has kiosks and huts, however, there are not many restaurant options nearby, but less than 10 minutes away you can go to Olégario Maciel, which has complete options of restaurants and bars. Carol was helpful and promptly met all our needs and answered all our questions.

We had a wonderful experience in this beach house! The atmosphere is super pleasant, well decorated and with a delicious energy — perfect for resting and enjoying with friends or family. The employee who attended us was extremely attentive, helpful and always willing to help with what was necessary. The house was impeccably clean and very well-equipped, just like in the photos. We would definitely go back and recommend with our eyes closed!

Exceptional location and everything I expected.

Mariana was very attentive, efficient and friendly. We were greeted very kindly and even anticipated the check-in time so that we did not stay on the street between our flight and the entrance to the apartment. Every day, she sent information about the city, the apartment and even the show we went to see. It is a simple but extremely well located environment. A few steps from the beach and with all kinds of shops and conveniences in the surroundings, and the neighborhood itself is beautiful! We love the city and accommodations. We will definitely be staying with Mariana again!

Sergio's apartment is a real refuge! The room and living room are very spacious and the view is simply stunning - the Lagoon with the Corcovado and the Dois Irmãos in the background is a postcard setting. The apartment is beautiful and well decorated, and the building is elegant and well located. Although I noticed a little street noise due to busy traffic, it didn't stop me from enjoying the beauty of the place. I would definitely return to this apartment!

Great house, better than the pictures and description. Simple, no luxury, but with everything you need. My group loved it and already think about the next one. One thing we really all enjoy is the fact that you are in the pool and you can look at the whole terrain, so it's easier to keep up with the kids. Super clean swimming pool. And the comfortable rooms, the shower then doesn't even talk. Congratulations to the hosts.
