The villa is located 10 minutes walking distance from the beautiful sandy beach of Tonnarella in a really quite residential area (the access is by a dead-end road). Services (supermarket, newsstand, doctor, grocery, pizzeria and restaurants, etc) are few minutes away. The center of Mazara del Vallo is reachable in 10 minutes by car. Two bicycles are available free of charge.
