Incredibly cozy house with great character, light & privacy. Very well stocked kitchen for your use including pots, pans, spices and cooking basics. The bathroom offers high quality essential oils, shampoo, conditioner, soaps etc. In the summer, there is a garden, greenhouse, Yome (like a yurt) & amazing views off the back for you to enjoy. Fantastic screened in porch to relax and grill on. Very dog friendly with a doggy door, hard floors except in the bedroom, and privacy fence all around.
“What a wonderful mountain weekend! Nancy’s home was a perfect getaway for a quiet, relaxing winter retreat. Nancy was very helpful and accessible when we needed her. The house was amazing (the gas stove was my favorite part), mountain views from every window, dog friendly and nice little touches. Enjoyed snowshoeing next to the Colorado River, hot springs not too far away and the quiet of a small Colorado town. I’d love to come back in the summer to enjoy the large screened-in porch, greenhouse and yurt in the backyard and easy access to National Forests and Parks. Thanks Nancy for a lovely stay in Parshall! I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway at any time of the year.”
Beautiful private apartment under newer home. Views of Lake Granby and and private parking at this one bedroom guest unit with kitchenette. 10 minutes from Grand Lake, 10 minutes from Granby. Enjoy the town by day and get away from the crowds at night.
“Bryon and Tash's place was wonderful. The Amazing mountain views seen from the backyard was a nice way to begin our stay. The space is very well appointed and ultra cozy. We loved everything about the space and our short stay in Grand Lake. We will be back. Highly recommend!”

“Incredible, secluded Mountain Views. A cast iron stove to make a fire outside (which you typically can’t with fire bans) makes for a perfect night of cards and grilling. Just be sure to follow her directions thoroughly and leave earlier than you’d think — we got a bit turned around following our GPS and just missed the sunset which was a mistake. Thanks Dale!”
