This is a 300 year old picturesque house in the countryside with ca. 250m2. Ideal for larger groups with up to 13 people, who can cook and eat together or play pool billard in the large living room which used to be a restaurant in former times. Located close to the famous Spreewald, you can go hiking, paddeling or do bike tours. The house has 3 ancient fireplaces and no central heating, but we provide electric fans. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. 5 toilets, 2 showers.

Schöne Wanderwege in den verschlungenen linkselbischen Tälern gilt es genauso zu entdecken wie die Weinstadt Radebeul mit dem Spitzhaus und dem historischen Dorfanger Alt-Kötzschenbroda (Kneipen). Die Reinigungsgebühr von 30€ ist in bar zu hinterlegen. Buchungen ab dem 28.01.26 enthalten diese Kosten.

The 4 bikes and the grill can be used free of charge. Tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The house is not just a vacation home. You will stay centrally in the old town and can easily walk to the supermarket, bakery and train station. While your children romp in the play barn, you can relax in the lounge in the small courtyard. Discover the unique nature of the Spreewald and the exciting transformation of the Lausitz open-cast mining to the lake district on your tours in the area.

Goschen School

A former Brandenburg village school that was converted by us into a large vacation home (completion end of May 2024, 300 m²). In front of the house there are 2 beautiful old oaks. 4 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms/large fully equipped kitchen/large lounge on the upper floor are available. The occupancy is 10 people, but optionally, more mattresses can be placed on the upper floor (total max. 12 people). The house has a large terrace and a newly landscaped large garden.
