One TV in each room. Within a 5-minute walk, there are 2 natural swimming pools, outdoor fitness equipment, and a starting point for hiking and cycling. Utilities – electricity, water and firewood are charged separately. Deposit of CZK 1,500 per person or EUR 60, refundable upon departure if everything is in order

Chata Lípa

Cottage with a beautiful view of the water surface in the Moravian Karst. It consists of one room (37m2), a corner with a bathtub and a toilet. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal. Heating is provided by a fireplace and an infrared panel. A double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed for two are ready for sleeping. The garden is 777m2, has only one neighbor and is completely fenced. There's a canoe for two to rent. This offer is for those who want to go outdoors and understand what it entails. Dear guests, please do not look for the luxury of your apartments with us.

The accommodation is self-service. There is a whole house 2+1, 75m2, including a small enclosed courtyard 11m2 with outdoor seating, suitable for smokers. It can accommodate up to 6 guests + 2 children in a crib. The rooms are not accessible. Parking is available on the street in front of the house for free. This place offers complete privacy. There are outdoor electric blinds on the windows. The house is located on the outskirts of Olomouc in a quiet location by the Bystřice River, which is lined with a bike path. Great for walks. Suitable for families with children.

Glamping Pod Ořechy

We built our mini house Pod Ořechy to maintain the maximum possible level of privacy and tranquility. It stands right next to a sheep enclosure and has a wonderful view of the forests and meadows. The cottage is small, but thoughtfully designed. It is located on a fenced property so that your four-legged pets can come with you. On the property you will also find a private Finnish wood-burning sauna with a romantic view, which you can use without restrictions. Inside you will find a comfortable bed, a full bathroom and a kitchenette.

We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

The cottage is surrounded by beautiful Jeseník nature and a short distance away the forest begins. The large garden provides tranquility, from which there is a beautiful view, whether from the terrace or from the pond at the bottom. There are countless opportunities for walks, hikes or bike rides. It is ideal to combine them with resting in the shade of a flowering apple tree in the garden.

Public transport stop Wolkerova and Penny market 100m. On the lower floor there is a bathroom with a hot tub, a living room with a kitchen. On the second floor there is a cozy bedroom with an electric fireplace. The disadvantage is the 5th floor without an elevator.
